On the afternoon of May 16, 2022, the 2021 Annual Shareholders Meetings of FIOCCO Group Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Huayi Investment Co., Ltd. were formally convened. Shi Yun, Chairman of FIOCCO Group, attended and presided over the meetings. All shareholders participated.
The meetings reported on the Group's operational performance for 2021 and outlined key work priorities for 2022. Additionally, new members of the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors were elected.
